250th Cargo sets sail from Australia Pacific LNG

This month Australia Pacific LNG celebrated the departure of its 250th cargo, a major milestone for the business since the first cargo of LNG departed from their Curtis Island LNG facility in Queensland in January 2016.

This month Australia Pacific LNG celebrated the departure of its 250th cargo, a major milestone for the business since the first cargo of LNG departed from their Curtis Island LNG facility in Queensland in January 2016. The facility has celebrated many significant milestones in the intervening two and a half years to reach the 250th cargo milestone.

2017:

Australia Pacific LNG satisfied the final test relating to project financing completion for both processing trains at its LNG Facility on Curtis Island in Queensland. 100th LNG cargo departed the Australia Pacific LNG facility on Curtis Island.

2016:

First LNG shipment exported from Australia Pacific LNG facility on Curtis Island Second production train commenced production Australia Pacific LNG satisfied project finance test for Train 1. First LNG shipment delivered to Sinopec First LNG shipment delivered to The Kansai Electric Power Company

2015:

Australia Pacific LNG commenced production of LNG at Curtis Island
